As time races by, photographs are the only tangible link to our past that remains. Albums, shoe boxes full of prints, the framed photos hanging in the stairwell – these are the things that help us remember who we are, where we came from, where we’re going, and that we once were and always will be loved.
Technology evolves at an alarming rate. While wedding photos on a USB drive seem like a great idea today, the chances are pretty good that in 10 or 15 years, USB drives will be a thing of the past. And, while we all love posting our wedding photos to Facebook, you can’t pass that down to your grandchildren either.
We cherish our parents’ and grandparents’ wedding albums. It would be incredibly difficult today to view their wedding photos in the original format they were recorded (slide film, anyone?!), but luckily, wedding albums are technology proof. We can pull them out anytime, snuggle up on the couch with a nice cup of tea, and relive the emotions of their wedding day – photographic proof that we exist because two people fell in love.
We searched the world over to find the very highest quality albums to offer. They are meant to be heirloom quality – a priceless collection of images that can be passed down through the generations. The photos are printed on thick, photographic paper, and hand stitched together in a leather bound album. They are absolutely beautiful, and we are so proud to offer them to our clients.
