a fun save the date card!

As most of you know, Ben and I do a lot of custom graphic design work for our wonderful clients; but, we don’t usually share any of it on the blog. ┬áThis one, however, was extra fun and exciting, and totally worth sharing!

Kristen and Brian wanted something very unique and different for their Save the Date card, and they wanted to incorporate an old-fashioned looking photo booth sequence. So, with that in mind, we took a whole bunch of “photo booth-ish” shots during their engagement session, gave them a vintage look and feel during post-process, and inserted them into the awesome photo booth frame that you see below. The rest of the card’s design came from our imaginations, and we were pretty happy with the results. Check it out!! :)

Having your Save the Date cards, Thank-You cards, or even Invitations designed using the photos from your engagement session is a great way to get your hands on a piece of wedding memorabilia that is uniquely yours! Family and friends love them (because they are plastered with your gorgeous faces), and no one else will have anything like them, so your cards will stand out in a sea of boring, same-as-they-ever-were cards! We design everything completely from scratch, so we can take your vision, and make it come to life!!*

(*A lot of people think, “Oh, custom-design work? I’m sure I can’t afford that!” But, actually, it’s not as expensive as you might think, and the results are far superior to any of the fill-in-the-blank or do-it-yourself-at-home card options that are out there. Ask us about it…you’ll be sooooo glad you did!!)
