“I love you, not only for what you are, but for what I am when I am with you.” – Roy Croft
Kristin and Phill’s wedding took place on a gorgeous day in July. It was a beautiful ceremony that celebrated the joining together of their families (they have four children between them!), and their love and commitment to each other. We started out the day by meeting up with Phill, his son, and his best man, at the ceremony site – an awesome gazebo in the middle of the village of Angola.
Kristin was super excited at the end of the ceremony! They had waited a long time for this moment!! The moments immediately following the ceremony are always some of my favorite moments of the day. :) After the family group shots at the gazebo, we headed over to the beach for some bride and groom portraits! The wedding was beach-themed, so Kristin and Phill wanted beachy photos – makes sense! This particular beach is pretty special to them – especially to Phill, who used to work there in the summers, and has many fond memories of spending time there. We shot their engagement session at this beach, as well!
Kristin was such a beautiful bride! Her happiness just beamed through in every photo! ;) After we left the beach, we headed over to the reception, which was less than five minutes away! Kristin and Phill made an awesome entrance. ;) The best man’s speech was fantastic. He had so many wonderful things to say about his buddy, Phill, and then of course, about how great this couple is together, and we couldn’t agree more!
Kristin and Phill – thank you so much for choosing us to be a part of your wedding day! You guys are awesome, and it’s been so wonderful to work with you! You have an adorable little family, and we wish you all the happiness in the world!! – J + B :)
